Office Volunteer


Purpose: The purpose of this committee is to assist the board in managing the day to day operations of the Foundation.
Responsible to:  Board Members

 The committee will be responsible for:

 1. Conducting an inventory of projects that either have been or are ongoing in the Federation.
 2. Securing a directory of nationals living abroad; email addresses would be useful.
 3. Updating the list of existing organizations who could benefit from the support of the Foundation (as per the Criteria report by Committee).
 4. Some administrative duties related to the above include database management, data compilation and analysis, general correspondence, and records management.
 5. To assist applicants with the applications process.
 6. To arrange interviews between the applicants and the Projects Committee .
 7. Coordinating committee and board meetings.
 8. Following up with founders to submit their annual contributions in a timely manner.
 9. Liaising with eCaribbean to update the ACF website with new items in a timely manner (
 10. Provide general administration as required.
Meetings: Frequency of meetings will be determined by members of committee. Although much of the work is expected to be done by email, the committee has the authority to convene meetings as they see fit.
